Every figure is a direct count from your Carerix tenant — no projections, no benchmarks, no estimates, except where explicitly labelled "estimate" (potential calculations in prospect mode, which use stated benchmarks from existing HireData customers).
Hours recovered — for each successfully automated task we take HireData's calibrated hand-time for that task type, subtract ~30s of review time, and divide by the weeks in the selected period. The exact arithmetic for your tenant is shown in the ⓘ popover next to the figure — same numbers, no magic.
Placements — a direct count of placements recorded in Carerix inside the selected period. We do not claim attribution unless the placement was touched by an automation.
Before vs. today — "before" is the snapshot taken when Carerix RMA was installed. On a first scan there is no baseline yet, so deltas are hidden instead of showing misleading zeros.
Where a count query failed, the figure is excluded and surfaced as "skipped" rather than shown as zero. Fields that are simply empty in your tenant are flagged as not tracked — an opportunity, not an error.
