How this scan is measured.

Every figure is a direct count from your Carerix tenant — no projections, no estimates, except where explicitly labelled "estimate" (the potential calculations, which use the four assumptions you set in the value model).

Hours recovered — for each successfully automated task we apply HireData's calibrated hand-time minus ~30s review, divided by the weeks in the period. Failed runs are never counted.

Status (on / off job) — derived from the candidate availability date and contract-end date. Candidates with neither are reported as "status unknown" — a gap, not a zero.

Quality — Carerix's 0–5 star rating. If the field is empty across the tenant it is flagged not tracked, which the quality-scoring automation fills.

Before vs. today — "before" is the snapshot taken at the previous scan. On a first scan there is no baseline, so deltas are hidden instead of misleading zeros.
